Please be sure to review our policies thoroughly. By visiting ISLANDASHES.COM and/or purchasing from ISLAND ASHES constitutes your agreement with said policies. You will be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of our policies please do not use the ISLAND ASHES website.

 

Processing Times

All jewelry is handmade and made to order. We take about 1-2 weeks to make and send out an order. Please understand this is an estimate. Gold dipped pieces may take up to 2 weeks.

If you need your order sooner than 1-2 weeks, by a certain date or rushed, contact us at aloha@islandashes.com with any requests. We will most likely be able to accommodate your requests. Please select a faster shipping method at checkout if you need your order rushed as well.

All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday vis USPS with a tracking number. We also offer worldwide shipping! Times and rates are as follows:

*Prices do not include duty and tax fees for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country's import tax rates.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer exchanges for items of equal or less value. 
Solid 14k gold jewelry and custom orders are not eligible for exchanges.
All items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for an exchange. Any item that doesn't meet these requirements will be sent back. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Contact aloha@islandashes.com to process an exchange. We recommend you mail items back to us in a bubble mailer, not an envelope. Be sure to get tracking information on the package to confirm delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages. 

 

Jewelry Care

Like most jewelry, please handle all of our pieces with care. You shouldn't sleep or bathe with jewelry on to prevent snags and breakage.

If 14k gold, gold-filled or sterling silver pieces start discoloring, simply use a polishing cloth to bring back that perfect color and shine. You can also find YouTube videos explaining how to clean and restore your jewelry. If it gets dirty, gently wash with mild soap and pat dry.  

Plated jewelry should be handled with extra care. Do not get any plated pieces wet and keep separate from other jewelry. If they get dirty, very gently wipe clean with a soft cloth.
