Please be sure to review our policies thoroughly. By visiting ISLANDASHES.COM and/or purchasing from ISLAND ASHES constitutes your agreement with said policies. You will be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of our policies please do not use the ISLAND ASHES website.

All jewelry is handmade and made to order. We take about 1-2 weeks to make your order before we are ready to ship it out. Contact us if you need your order rushed.

All orders are shipped from Florida, USA Monday through Saturday with a tracking number. Prices are calculated at checkout. Shipping times are as follows:

*Prices do not include duty and tax fees for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country's import tax rates and duties.

We do not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges or store credit in the amount of your purchase if you are unhappy with your order. 

All sales are final for 14k gold designs and are not eligible for exchanges, store credit, returns, or refunds.

All items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for an exchange. Any item that doesn't meet these requirements will be sent back. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

 Contact aloha@islandashes.com to process an exchange. Be sure to get tracking information on the package to confirm delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages. 

Your privacy is very important to ISLAND ASHES. Any use of the information entered by you when creating an account or as a guest will be handled in a responsible and secure manner.

ISLAND ASHES reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, without warning, so we strongly suggest you review it before you make a purchase. Any and all changes on our Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.

By purchasing from ISLAND ASHES or using ISLAND ASHES website you acknowledge you are of legal age in the state you reside in or have the consent of someone of legal age. You also acknowledge that all information submitted by you, when placing an order, is genuine and accurate.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 ISLAND ASHES will collect your information when you place an order on our site. When ordering from our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. You may, however, visit our site as a Guest.

SHOPIFY

 ISLAND ASHES Online Store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify Inc. provides a safe way of storing your personal data using a secure server with a firewall. Any credit card information provided while purchasing an ISLAND ASHES item will be encrypted and stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once completed, this information will be deleted.

DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION

 We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting ISLAND ASHES in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law, or (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions, or (3) investigation of fraud which has already taken place. Your information will never be shared for marketing purposes.

INFORMATION PROTECTION

 Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees have access to this information.

Like most jewelry, please handle all of our pieces with care. You shouldn't sleep or bathe with jewelry on to prevent snags and breakage. 

If 14k gold, gold-filled or sterling silver pieces start discoloring, simply use a polishing cloth to bring back that perfect color and shine. You can also find YouTube videos explaining how to clean and restore your jewelry. If it gets dirty, gently wash with mild soap and pat dry.  

Plated jewelry should be handled with extra care. Do not get any plated pieces wet and keep separate from other jewelry. If they get dirty, very gently wipe clean with a soft cloth.
